The thermoplastic material after cooling  sticks on core  or projected portion of the mould due to shrinkage. As per the injection moulding machine design, the ejection rod is provided in the moving side of the machine. There are two cycles that occurs during the processing of each program instruction. These are instruction cycle and execution cycle.
